Ettan is a multi-level space with both indoor and outdoor bars, a mezzanine overlooking the main dining room, a magnificent glass dome and a large patio undisturbed by street traffic is perfect for both individual dining and private parties. Nationally acclaimed designer Thomas Schoos displays his creative knack for integrating indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as his ability to make exotic cultures come alive in eclectic yet contemporary ways, through an indigo suffused visual language.

Our Lead Designer, Michael Jepp whilst working for Schoos Design, West Hollywood in Los Angeles worked on various projects from concept to completion. His design skills were utilised in both hospitality and residential properties, enabling us to provide an innovative design for our client.
